What HVA Comply is
HVA Comply is a compliance management system for Western Australian heavy-vehicle operators. Businesses use it to record pre-start inspections, fatigue and fuel declarations, work diaries, faults, incidents and related accreditation evidence.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address and role, provided when an account is created for you or your business.
- Compliance records — the operational records you or your organisation enter into the system (inspections, declarations, work diary entries, fault and incident reports, including any photos attached to them).
- Technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: storing your organisation's compliance records, generating reports and exports, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your records for advertising.
Who can see your records
Compliance records are visible to the operator organisation that owns them (for example, a driver's submissions are visible to their transport company's authorised users). We access customer data only to provide support, when you ask us to.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud hosting providers and protected by access controls and encryption in transit. Records are retained while your organisation holds an account, and for the period required for accreditation evidence, after which they can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
