Why can't I import my Apple Music / Spotify songs?
Streaming catalogues are DRM-protected: iOS never lets another app read that audio, and downloading tracks for offline doesn't change it. AuraMix works with music you own — files imported from the Files app, and DRM-free tracks in your Music library.
The music stops when I close the app.
AuraMix supports background playback — check that Background App Refresh isn't restricted for AuraMix in Settings, and that Low Power Mode isn't suspending audio. Playback continues with the screen locked, with full Lock Screen controls.
How does the headphone auto-EQ work?
When headphones connect, AuraMix identifies the model, looks up its sound signature in our catalogue, and offers the matching correction curve. You can turn automatic application on or off in Settings → Headphones.
What does AuraMix Pro include?
The 31-band and parametric EQs, the spectrum analyser, the Enhance suite (harmonic bass, soundstage, acoustic spaces), your personal Sound Profile, and the Pro preset library. One purchase, no subscription, restorable on any of your devices via Restore Purchase in Settings.
My purchase didn't unlock / I got a new phone.
Open Settings inside AuraMix and tap Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it.
How do I use AuraMix in my car?
Connect your iPhone to a CarPlay-equipped car and AuraMix appears on the car display: your library, playlists, Now Playing, and quick access to EQ presets and Enhance — all shaped by the same engine as the phone.
